Description

Dr. Emil Coccaro at The University of Chicago is conducting a research study about the nature of gene expression in aggressive behavior. In this study subjects, over 18 years old, will undergo an interview with one of our staff members, be asked to fill out a series of questionnaires, and will be willing to give approximately 3 tablespoons of blood.

This study involves two (2) visits at CNPRU lab in Hyde Park.

You will receive a confidential, no-cost, evaluation to see if you qualify to enter the study.

You will be compensated for completed research procedures and may receive up to $60 in addition to reimbursement for parking or public transportation costs.

Eligibility

  • Have problems with mood swings, fear of being abandoned, unstable relationships, being irritable, dangerous or impulsive behavior.

  • Over 18 years old.

  • Meet other eligibility requirements as outlined by the research protocol

    Duration

    2 visits.

    Compensation

    Up to $60.00 + transportation costs
