Strategies for the Development of Social Cognitive Training for Aggression

Description

Dr. Emil Coccaro at the University of Chicago is recruiting participants for a research study examining how brain function affects anger and aggression in adults with and without a history of aggression. This study involves three (3) visits. You will receive a confidential, no-cost, evaluation to see if you qualify to enter. Study procedures include: a screening interview, questionnaires, and computer tasks of cognition and emotion. Volunteers will be compensated up to $150.

Eligibility

  • Healthy Men and Women with NO history of aggressive behavior and NOT taking any psychiatric medication.

  • Between the ages of 21 and 55.

  • Meet other eligibility requirements as outlined by the research protocol

    Duration

    3 visits.
